Privacy notice

RevKeep processes payment-recovery information to help merchants resolve failed Stripe invoices.

Information processed

We store merchant account email addresses, Stripe account and subscription identifiers, invoice amounts and status, billing customer names and email addresses, and recovery activity. Card numbers and security codes are collected by Stripe Elements and are not stored by RevKeep.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate merchants, verify software subscriptions, send transactional payment reminders, update payment methods through Stripe, retry invoices, and display recovery activity. Recovery links grant limited access to a specific invoice and expire.

Service providers

Stripe processes payment information. Supabase provides authentication and database storage. Resend delivers recovery emails. When enabled, Cloudflare Tunnel routes HTTPS traffic to this application. These providers process information under their own service terms and applicable agreements.

Retention and account requests

Invoice and recovery records are retained while the merchant account exists. Completed processing jobs are removed after 45 days and rate-limit records after one day. Deleting a merchant account from the application database removes its associated application records; separate Stripe, email-provider, and backup records follow those providers’ retention policies.

Your choices

Merchants can disconnect RevKeep in Stripe and cancel their software subscription through Manage billing. For access, correction, deletion, or privacy requests, contact [email protected]. End-customers can also contact the merchant named in their invoice.

Cookies

RevKeep uses authentication and short-lived recovery-session cookies to provide the service. This application does not include advertising trackers.
